SHIPMENT PROCESSING:
o Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 10AM to 3PM Cali Time(PST), excluding major holidays
o Orders received after 1:00 pm Cali Time (PST) will be processed the next business day
o Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (in stock items)
o We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays
o Please allow an additional 1-6 days for delivery in the continental 48 and up to 4 weeks for an international shipping    address.
o If items are out of stock we will notify you by phone or via email. Backordered items are typically returned to stock        within 2-3 weeks. 
o Orders over $100.00 will be shipped “signature required” unless otherwise requested.
o An order cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please take great care when placing the order.

APO/FPO:
o APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS.
